In short
What is business process automation?
Business process automation (BPA) uses software to run repetitive, rule-based work, such as data entry, approvals, document handling, reporting and hand-offs between systems, without manual effort. Onesight Global maps your processes, automates them with integrations, workflows, RPA and AI, and assesses the operational risks along the way, so work moves faster, with fewer errors and a full audit trail.

Sound familiar?
Where the hours disappear
Copy-paste between systems
The same data typed into the CRM, the ERP and a spreadsheet, by people hired for better work.
Approvals stuck in inboxes
Requests wait days for a signature nobody knew they were supposed to give.
Errors found too late
A wrong invoice, a missed order or a compliance slip, discovered when the customer complains.
Risk you can’t see
Single points of failure, undocumented workarounds and processes that live in one person’s head.
What we do
Process automation services
From repetitive tasks to complex decision chains, we engineer automation that frees your team for the work that moves the needle.
- Discovery
Process Mapping & Automation Roadmap
We map how work really flows, not how the manual says it does, measure time and error rates, and rank processes by automation value and risk.
- Interviews and process mining
- As-is and to-be maps (BPMN)
- Automation business case
- Prioritised roadmap
- Workflows
Workflow & Approval Automation
Approvals, onboarding, procurement and requests that route themselves, chase themselves and leave a complete audit trail.
- Approval and sign-off flows
- Forms to workflows
- Reminders, escalations and SLAs
- Audit trail for every step
- AI automation
AI-Powered Automation & Document Processing
AI that reads invoices, orders, contracts and emails, classifies requests and drafts responses, with people approving anything above a risk threshold.
- Intelligent document processing
- Email and ticket classification
- AI agents with human approval
- Generated reports and summaries
- Integrations
System Integrations & APIs
Connect ERP, CRM, e-commerce, accounting and HR systems, so data is entered once and flows everywhere it is needed, in real time.
- ERP and CRM sync
- Webhooks and event-driven flows
- Custom connectors and APIs
- Low-code or custom code, per process
- RPA
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Software robots for the systems that have no API: legacy desktop applications, portals and screens, automated without replacing them.

How we work
How we automate a process
Every automation is measured before and after, with error handling and a manual fallback.
Map
Follow the work end to end: inputs, decisions, systems, exceptions and the people involved.
Prioritise
Score each process on volume, error cost, risk and complexity, and start where the payback is fastest.
Automate
Build the workflow, integration, AI step or robot, with logging, retries and alerts.
Control
Assess the risks of the new process, add controls and keep a person in the loop where it matters.
Optimise
Track time saved and errors avoided; every outcome feeds the next improvement.
Use cases
What companies automate with us
Departments where automation pays back fastest.
Finance
Invoice capture, matching and approval, reconciliations and monthly reporting.
HR
Onboarding and offboarding, accounts and equipment, contracts and leave requests.
Sales and customer service
Lead routing, CRM hygiene, quotes, ticket triage and follow-ups.
Operations and supply chain
Orders, stock updates, supplier communication and delivery tracking.
Compliance
Evidence collection, controls and reporting, and whistleblowing channels with WBlow.

Why Onesight
One accountable partner, since 2014
One accountable partner
Strategy, engineering, security, automation and design under one roof since 2014, so nothing falls between vendors and one team answers for the result.
We run what we build
Adam, our autonomous sales agent, and WBlow, our EU whistleblowing platform, are our own products in production. Client work gets the same standard.
Engineering discipline, everywhere
Code review, automated tests, security and performance budgets are part of every engagement, not an upsell. What we hand over is documented and maintainable.
European contracts, three languages
EU clients contract with GoLittle (VAT IT13053300961) under Italian law. Our teams work in English, Italian and Portuguese, across Italy, the EU and Brazil.
FAQ
Automation: questions, answered
Which processes should we automate first?
High-volume, rule-based processes with clear inputs and outputs: data entry between systems, document processing, approvals, reporting and notifications. We score candidates on volume, error cost, risk and complexity, so the first automations pay back quickly.
What is the difference between RPA and API integration?
API integration connects systems directly through their interfaces, which is faster and more robust. RPA mimics a person using a screen and is the right choice when a system has no API. We use integrations wherever possible and RPA where it is the only way in.
Can AI automate processes that need judgement?
Partly. AI can read documents and emails, classify requests and draft responses, with a person approving anything above a risk threshold. That keeps the speed of automation and the accountability of a human decision.
Do you use low-code tools or custom code?
Both. Low-code platforms such as n8n, Make or Power Automate are fast for standard workflows; custom code is better for high volumes, complex logic or strict security. We choose per process and document everything.
How do you manage the risks of automation?
Every automation gets a risk assessment, error handling, logging, alerts and a manual fallback. We also map the operational risks in the process itself, so automation reduces risk instead of hiding it.
What is a risk assessment?
A structured review that identifies what could disrupt your operations, such as system failures, fraud, supplier issues, data loss or human error, estimates likelihood and impact, and defines the controls and continuity plans that reduce them.
Will automation replace our staff?
It replaces repetitive tasks, not people. Teams move from copying data and chasing approvals to handling exceptions, customers and improvements.
